Cancellation Policy
Effective from 1 June 2026
At HAACH, we truly value every client and appreciate your continued trust and support. By honouring your appointment, you help us serve all clients more effectively, maintain a smooth and timely schedule, and deliver the highest quality experience to everyone.
To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate all clients efficiently, we kindly request that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in one session being deducted from your package.
Clients arriving late may have their treatment duration shortened in order to avoid delays to subsequent appointments. In certain cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
For clients without a package, missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a booking fee or forfeiture of deposit.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently while continuing to provide the best possible service and experience to all our valued clients.
